It is not over for Miss Howard, in fact it may just be starting.

It appears the Florida Department of Law Enforcement is investigating her for forgery of a degree.

Forgery is a Felony of the 3rd degree in Florida and carries up to 5 years in State Prison and a $5,000 fine.

While it is highly unlikely she would receive any prison time, a felony conviction would put an end to whatever career she was intending to pursue now that her political career is dead.
