No doubt.

“Corey Anderson’s post showed him with a handgun, a rifle and a tactical-style vest along with a caption that said, “Hey Siri, directions to the nearest school,” Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister said in a news release.”

Is this a “mental health” red flag? Should his right to guns be taken away?

I don’t know if it’s a mental health issue, but he blew it regardless.

They’re gonna charge him with a felony, and that’s the ball game. No guns for him evermore

There is a difference between teaching a 10 year old not to pull stupid stunts, and subjecting that 10 year old to the whims of the mob.

So many things here. Perceived threat vs actual threat, air soft guns and kit vs real weapons and tactical gear, the age old question of does the average 18 year old possess the maturity and judgement to make adult decisions.

Somewhere along the line, “we” decided 18 was the age of maturity. As such, this dumb ■■■■ deserves the ■■■■ storm coming to him for playing stupid games.

More pathetic behaviors.

Where’s the parents? These kids need real evaluations and some real, appropriate punishment for being smartasses so stupidly.

Yet we are talking about taking the ability to make decisions and adult responsibility away from 18 year old individuals. And taking police actions based on emotional reactions to images and (stupid) comments. Generally under the law an affirmative act, in furtherance of action, is a necessary element for an actual crime. And please don’t knee jerk to accuse me of somehow condoning actual threats. We are going to be putting on a show now in this country, but not actually focusing on identifying and interdicting individuals who have actual intent and are taking affirmative steps in furtherance of that intent.

Face it, today 10-yr-old kids could probably get arrested for playing cops and robbers with toy guns as we did as kids. Surely they would be arrested for engaging in BB-gun skirmishes like we did.

It’s all for show, no substance. Somewhere we lost the process of investigate, find out if there is a real threat, or not, then act on the real threats. But we won’t take action to find the actual potential time bombs in the community.

Yes, he is a hardass and doesn’t put up with pandering to criminals.

I’m on the fence about the picture being released. Let it serve as a warning that the police are not joking around when it comes to matters like this. Make a threat and it is going to be taken seriously.

Hysteria is off the charts with this one.

A school murder so bad, you’d think the perp killed 38 students, 6 adults, and wounded 60 others, with explosives set to timers in 1927.

The ATF would raid our homes over a roman candle war.

The shame of it is, this will follow him for the rest of his life.

Maybe they can convict him of a violent felony and bar him for life from owning a gun?

Doesn’t even have to be violent.

Won’t matter. Libs can pretend like this mass shooting happened to them this time, they can pretend it will happen to them next time too.

Drama queens looking to be a part of the drama.

As it should. Choices have consequences. Parent’s stopped teaching that. Now society has to.
