I like Dershowitz’ solution. He wants a public advocate office created within the FISA court system to review and challenge the warrant applications for the purpose of protecting our rights without eliminating the courts altogether.

The problem is that any agency of the gov’t allowed to operate completely in the shadows with no oversight will always be abused.

Good video. Comey stated that under no circumstances that information should be disclosed…but then goes on to say that he though the information was important enough to be disclosed.

Lot of wavering going on. Which just validates my suspicion. And who leaked it about Flynn back in early Feb of 2017. And then later Page was leaked.

Also when they had concerns that Russia was interfering…why did they only assume that Trump administration was involved? Hell some people that was involved with Clinton campaign was also worked with her when to was involved with state department…who no doubt had toes to Russia as well.

We know 4 people that was spied upon Flynn, Page, Manafort and Papadopoulos.

On it’s face, it certainly seems like the attorney who altered an email and submitted it broke that law, that’s for sure.

You aren’t going to get me to approve of the Patriot Act or FISA courts. My view on that has not changed since I argued against it all at it’s inception.
