Or they can create an actual public square created and run by the government…
They can create an app amd website that lets everyone say anything they want with zero censorship…
Doesnt that solve the problem?

Is government supposed to censor speech? I thought that was prohibited by the first amendment.

That’s all find and dandy…but biggest forum advocates for private business censorship didn’t support that baker or wedding photographer rights. Or rights of business who they can hire.

Well the argument is that the government should be forcing companies to not censor speech on their property…

Which is why an actual virtual public square is needed…
It is the perfect solution…
Then private sites are free to censor and do what they want and and anyone that is kicked off is free to go on the government website with no fear of being kicked off…

Not to mention heavy subsidized by our government.
If the Baker taken money from federal government then government that would have been different.
If you’re contractor on government job…you have to hire certain amount of minorities in order to win the bid.

Exactly…Don’t know why thats so hard to understand. People crying “Freedom of Speech!” No one said you can’t get your message out…Just not at my platform, go find another, or start your own.

I have seen that argument made about the baker too. They always leave out the side they picked, and the side that won. Its like: You can’t argue differently…but we can.
