hope is not a factor. as biden’s policies take hold the us will again become dependent on foreign oil. the price will go up and we will have little influence on it.

There’s no definitely objective criteria of what makes a good president. Take Obama, those on the left consider him a great president and those on the right consider him a lousy president. Could say the same about Reagan just reverse how those on the left/right felt about him.
