But do you begrudge someone fighting for their lives for these appeals.

Taking people to court is the American way if they felt they were wronged.

I don’t begrudge them expressing their opinion at all. What I begrudge is their misplaced and selective morality costing me money and delaying justice and closure for the friends and family of the victims. I can understand and accept the condemned fighting for their lives, but that’s to be expected from someone who is so selfish and irresponsible that they would callously take someone’s life for personal reasons. In short, they are not who was wronged.

It’s not bloodlust, it’s justice. One could even say it’s compassion. A quick death is merciful compared to being caged up with a lot of very unpleasant and often dangerous other criminals for the rest of their lives. And it’s a lot more compassionate than what they showed their victims.

It would be nice if you gave the unborn dead half of the concern that you give heinous killers.

We’ve got a murderer here in TN, killed his wife and stepchildren i believe, who was supposed to be executed last week but it was delayed again.

This has been going on since the 80’s, over 30 years. The guy has gone from his 30’s to 60’s awaiting his execution.

What’s that old saying? Justice delayed is Justice denied?

Guy will probably die of old age before being executed.
