White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders unloaded on the White House press pool Monday, telling the journalists they simply “choose” to cover stories that most American’s simply “don’t care about.”

Sanders was speaking with reporters during her daily briefing when she was asked to comment on the President’s use of social media to bypass traditional media outlets, saying it was his way of directly addressing the American people.

“In terms of Twitter, the president uses Twitter to communicate directly to the American people,” Sanders said.

“You have the ability to choose what you want to write about, and you guys choose to write about things the American people don’t care about, day in and day out," she added. “That’s a decision you make, and frankly I think it’s the wrong one.”
