When lawyers ask for something they ask for maximum hoping they get HALF of it in their favor.

EVERYONE knows it is common sense that a Pres. has some official duties immunity.
NOONE realy believes that a complete immunity is possible.
Nixon didnāt have complete immunity did he.
NOONE ever said he should have total immunity.
Speaking of thatā¦I noticed that 'Wise Latina ā gave into her emotions and wrote a laughable descent dripping with immature emotions that have nothing to do with law and common sense.
So much for her qualifications as a Justice at the top of the lader !!! 
There is proof that she got there only because of her being a woman with olive skin. Only a tittle āWise Latinaā adds a little weight to her assets.

Your post is a good example of the dipwit lefties among us where they recognize the false conviction but not the real crime which is the weaponized prosecution of the trial itself. At no time in our almost 250 year history, has a POTUS been indictedā¦much less tried after office but in this instance, thereās 4 all around the country. 2 from the DoJ! How dumb can people be not to recognize that this is the real crime? I swear, how can so many lead their lives by their feeeeelings like libs are today? Then I remember who they voted for and the debate I just witnessed of a demented, half brain dead walking corpse that even knowing thisā¦theyād vote for again and itās all beginning to make sense.

Exactly. The facts were never analyzed at the lower level based on official/non official. But thatās not the split the political parties are interested in. They are concerned with before/after the election. People pushing for it to be rushed ahead for political reasons are outraged that not rushing it is for political reasons.

They will compete with those SCOTUS decisions that said child labor laws are unconstitutionalā¦
among other horrendous decisions.
