Fifth-Column sexual deviant activists in Maine’s House, slapped down by Supreme Court

Melissa Hewey’s interpretation of Title IX violates the very intentions of the Act

The glaring problem with Melissa Hewey’s interpretation of Title IX is that it is in direct conflict with the legislative intent of the Act.

Let us remember with respect to Title IX that Senator Birch Bayh of Indiana, who wrote the 37 words of Title IX, which he first introduced as an amendment to the Higher Education Act to ban discrimination on the basis of sex, explained its purpose was to combat “the continuation of corrosive and unjustified discrimination against women in the American educational system.” 118 Cong. Rec. 5803 (1972).

Allowing males to compete in female sporting events conducted in our public school system is certainly “unjustified” and “corrosive” of female sporting events.
