I was looking at news from Europe and came across news about sometimes violent clashes between feminists and trans activists in the UK. Here is one example of the controversy:
Ms Clarke (a feminist leader) said: "We protest against bathrooms and changing rooms but they aren’t really the problem, it’s where women are really vulnerable, that’s the issue - prisons, hospital, refuges.
“It’s been in the news hasn’t it that Ian Huntley (a notorious serial rapist/murderer) wants to identify as a woman and be transferred to a female prison… if anyone can be a woman, what is to protect a woman in a woman’s space?”
Are we going to see similar clashes here?
What would happen if a notorious rapist claimed to be transgender and asked to be reassigned to a women’s prison in the US? I think some states would allow the rapist to move to the women’s prison, but I am not sure where the law stands.
Would moving people who are anatomically male to women’s facilities improve the situation?
Does someone’s stated gender identity trump women’s concerns about increased risk of sexual assault?
Those are the issues in Britain. Changing gender identification for legal purposes requires a review by a doctor.
Apparently in Canada, no such review is required. Here is a report about a man who changed his legal identity to woman to save on car insurance:
A Canadian man legally changed his gender to female so he could take advantage of better car insurance rates offered to women and save up nearly $1,100 Canadian Dollars, a report said.
A man, identified only as “David” who lives in Alberta, told CBC News that he was given a quote of $4,500 Canadian Dollars for the insurance of a Chevrolet Cruze he wanted to buy. The insurers told him his yearly bill would be around $1,100 less if he was a woman.
BOOM… the sound of the lib community imploding. They are all just a bunch of disaffected victims… sometime of each other. They have nothing else in common.
Like… consider the libs who are advocates for increased immigration from countries where fundamentalist Islam is the norm (as opposed to countries like Turkey, where your typical Muslim is a moderate.) Put them in a little commune with other lib darlings like LGBTQ and feminists and see how well that works.

Seriously, David is an idiot. Men and women are NOT equal, men being charged more due to their naturally being more open to risk taking, & at higher levels than women.
Feminism has tried to trick its believers into accepting an equality of the sexes, only for many of them to experience great disappointment finding equality exists nowhere on planet Earth.
