Do you know if biologically Beggs was born fully female or was intersex? When you look at current pictures Beggs does not look at all feminine. Lia Thomas on the other hand never looked female.

No and there never will be. A tranny manny for example trying to play college football would get pulverized. The male players would lay on an extra heaping of “git some” at every opportunity because that she/he doesn’t belong there. Oh, the school idiots would mandate protecting the freak and the coaches would have to bite their tongues but in the end? The players would deliver the sobering reality.
Males competing against women and walking away with the accolades are nothing than below average “athletes” that can’t compete with their own gender.
