She now thinks the FBI should investigate something that was alleged to have happened 40 years ago, even though it wasn’t worth her asking one question.

I watched a movie last week about a POW in WWII. One POW received a letter from his wife that said, “you won’t believe what someone left on our doorstep, a baby that has my eyes”. The POW said “I believe that”.

If there WAS something to this and she’s been holding on to this letter since say July…wouldn’t that be considered obstruction? If it’s all hell bent on derailing his nomination shouldn’t she turned it over as soon as she came into possession of it.
All it takes is someone to write an anonymous letter saying she did something 40 years ago.
