Elliott Kline has been nothing but evasive during discovery and now the Judge in the case is going to make him pay the price.
The Judge will issue an adverse inference instruction to the jury when this case goes to trial. The jury may infer that Kline’s actions in evading discovery indicate his guilt as to conspiring and intending to commit violence at the Unite The Right rally in Charlottesville.
This is a civil lawsuit against multiple defendants.
