Governments can be fixed if the people - in this case the American people - would get up en masse and demand that the people whom we pay - the politicians - get their acts together and actually work for us.

Get rid of the corruption in government, and put in some people who actually know what they’re doing (i.e., not Trump) and things would improve.

I have a Master’s degree in healthcare admin… I’m far from being an expert…but I can’t imagine that we think we could model any US system after a European model. We are too big to do it on a national level like say a German system.

This is where I have concerns also and it applied to current medicare.

Payment schedules do not (correct me if I’m wrong) account for differences in cost of living for different regions. The same office visit can have different base costs in say Seattle and Millington, TN.
