He’s filing a lawsuit over the dissemination of information that may or may not have been his from a laptop that he may or may not have owned…by the way if he doesn’t own it and it’s not his information how come there it contained all those cool pictures of him butt naked with hookers and crack pipes and all those photos of his father who claimed to know nothing his foreign businesses…with his foreign business partners…
And yet somehow we’re supposed to believe it was all Russian disinformation and Giuliani did it…

If it wasn’t Hunter’s laptop then how come his lawyers admitted it was? This is from the NY Post dated Feb 1.

“This failed dirty political trick directly resulted in the exposure, exploitation, and manipulation of Mr. Biden’s private and personal information,” Lowell wrote.

Now Representative Comer and his committee are starting to drill down on the Biden’s…with evidence like banking records…not just the laptop.

The story goes on to say “The Republican congressman said Thursday that State Energy HK Limited, a company affiliated with Chinese Communist Party-backed energy company CEFC China Energy, had wired $3 million to Biden family associate Rob Walker on March 1, 2017….The cash was then dealt out in smaller amounts to at least three Bidens and two family associates….Comer told Fox’s Maria Bartiromo that that deal was only the tip of the iceberg for the Biden-China scandal….“This is one deal. We have 11 more to go,” he said. “And I’m pretty confident we’ll be getting more bank records in very soon.”
China is our #1 adversary…and wants to replace us as a superpower. It should be cause for great concern that our president has lied on multiple occasions about his and his family’s very profitable financial relationships with China, and other countries including Russia and Ukraine…
As I understand it, the chain of custody is so convoluted that that isn’t possible. "At the same time, Mac Isaac said he was frustrated that so many parties, known and unknown, had ended up with copies of the hard drive, which he said had been modified considerably. “I can’t imagine how many hands and fingers have touched that drive,” Mac Isaac said.
In order for your laptop conspiracy theory to work, Isaacs had to be deeply involved. Some mysterious spy didn’t come in there with the laptop and the hope and expectation that Isaac would read through the contents, take it to the FBI and then to Guilliani before the election. The FBI has had years now to prove what Isaac has been up to and have come up with nothing.
As for considering the laptop for political purposes, there is a lot more substance and corroboration of that laptop than there ever was about the fake dossier, and those who discredit the laptop are the same ones who pushed the dossier for two years.
Some aspects, such as Joes involvement with Hunters business pals and lying about it, may not even have a direct legal issue.
Parts that do have a direct legal significance will need corroboration and verification. Not sure the FBI would care to do that, though.
Mac Isaac had made a copy of the laptop’s hard drive for himself as insurance. He had also set up a kind of dead man’s switch, making another copy of the drive to give to someone he trusted, with instructions to pass it along in the event of his death to President Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani.
