masks will never go away. people who arent sheep will never wear them unless forced. people who are sheep will, even if (big if) mandates end (and small percentage of some who actually should due to health issues)

Yesterday Sarah Palin said she would get the shot “over my dead body”.
I’d forgotten how entertaining she could be.

Forget resigning…Fauci must be prosecuted for lying to Congress the same as anyone else? He lied about funding of this gain of function research, was a motivating force of it going to Wuhan when Obama said it had to leave the US and concluded in 2012 that the gain of knowledge, exceeded the risk to the world. This arrogant ass is responsible for the lives of millions of innocent people being lost and he should be prosecuted…PERIOD!!!

Not sure what you think these cites prove.
The NYT (good job!) article is 7 years old.
The Washington Examiner…well the [quote=“Smyrna, post:406, topic:239278, full:true”]
I don’t have to steal from anyone…all one has to do, is keep their eyes and ears open and everything that took place, is right there in front of you. Now…do you have your eyes and ears open? Don’t answer, it was a rhetorical question that you’ve already answered.

In a newly resurfaced paper from 2012, Dr. Anthony Fauci argued that the benefits of gain-of-function research are worth the increased risk of a potential pandemic-causing lab accident.

No ■■■■ …when do you think all of this began? Now follow the timeline of each event that I laid out for you and connect the dots for yourself.
To do this, you’ll have to…
Now…can you?

No need for me to prove your flights of fancy.
The Demonization of Fauci is right-wing bile.
Has he made mistakes, yes. Had he been wrong about some things, yes. It’s been a while since we’ve had to deal with a world-wide killing disease and we can’t always predict what it will do.
Is he malevolent? Not at all.

That answers that. Run along now…and go listen to your radio.

What’s to envy? He’s murdered many people with his misinformation and history will look back on him as such in a despicable way. What isn’t envious, are all of those he sheoplized into looking up to him and his misinformation, applying his advice, while hundreds of thousands needlessly died as a direct result? Know anyone like that?

It is even worse. By Fauci’s own standards his email that describes plans for a “take down” of his opponents must as interpreted as plotting a physical attack. Plotting such violence is justification for his resignation.
CNN frequently uses the 'kill shot' metaphor in its coverage, but after Fox News' Jesse Watters used it, CNN threw a hissy fit.
