I don’t know about that specifically whether it was NIH but if that’s what they did, it was also unnecessary cruelty. Again, isolate the pathogen and inject it painlessly. If you are studying the disease isolating it should be your first step anyway.

Here is the thing.

I don’t believe this sudden and newfound concern for the well being of animal conditions for medical experimentation.

I just don’t.

This is all for the right wing rage against Fauci and nothing more. Within a week it will become a meme that is used without context… you will have some silly picture and it will include things that have nothing to do with any of this research… or the topic itself. It is to have the image of Fauci killing puppies… for political fun and profit.

This is all to lead people by the nose into a rage because the right wing media just does not like Fauci.
