He’s not. It’s not all or nothing…it’s 50/50. He gets some say, she gets some say, and the OB/midwife gets some say, if she is seeing one. But I could see your point if she was raped, though. A rapist should not get parental rights or any rights to his offspring, because of the nature of the individual.

Nope. No equality there. But it is her body and I am unwilling to punish the child by saying the father doesn’t have to pay child support. Are you?
