The progs aren’t justifying rape. They are rationalizing casualties in the Culture War.

This girl was not raped because of a transgender policy. She was raped because she unfortunately crossed paths with a sexual predator and didn’t know until it was too late.

There is even less evidence supporting the “well the progressive attitude”. The kid raped in a woman’s bathroom before a policy was implemented. Seems like neither kid needed to be “lead on”.

Like I’ve said before… school restrooms have been used for sneaky hookups for as long as I’ve been alive. Especially in a woman’s bathroom. They have more stalls and are typically cleaner than the mens restroom.

Woman’s bathrooms have been used for hookup for a long time. It’s not new. It was happening when you were a teenager in the 60s/70s and it’s happening now.

My stance is that the skirt was immaterial to entering the restroom and raping.

If they really cared about sexual assault in public restrooms they’d be pushing for more security in public restrooms.

Labeling the bathrooms Penises and Vaginas instead of Boys and Girls would be a good start … or at least establishing that anatomical distinction as policy.

What good does that do? Who’s going to check their genitalia? If a transwoman had body surgery so that she no longer has a penis but has a vagina, would she be allowed in the vaginas room?

How exactly? In order to make your statement true, a school administrator or teacher would have had to seen the boy enter the bathroom and allow him to remain there. Otherwise the boy could have just entered the bathroom at any time regardless of what ever rules were in place.

Maybe … Maybe not. But the tolerance for trans use bathrooms certainly improved his chances of being allowed in that bathroom had a teacher observed him. In fact, we don’t know if he was observed or not.
