Is it? Now attempt to open your eyes and recognize the weaponization of our government being used for corrupt political reasons. If the left believes Trump was involved in “election interference”…how in the hell can you not see the whole truth out of both eyes.

Well, I literally listened to him tell Raffensperger to “find” 17800 votes. So that’s not good. I’ve watched him deny reality about losing. I’ve seen the transcripts of him in other states telling people not to certify elections and it will be okay because he’ll protect them. I watched him push fake electors in an attempt to stop the legitimate election process. So, yeah, I can see the truth through both eyes.
50% of the charges have been disposed of, soon to be followed by the DA

Heard a clip of her played by our esteemed host on the radio this afternoon and now Fanni is playing the race card.
What a shock.

A nice Putinesque touch to go after your political opponent!
If me and you did that we would land in jail.

Four trials around the country…all at the same time…against the R candidate…whom the weaponized government has been attacking for YEARS…making up Russian lies…that YOU have swallowed…being a sheople that’s defending this blatant corruption…as judges are dismissing these made up charges.
Orange man baaaa, baaa, baaaad.

Well they’re dismissing some charges. The others stay. There was that whole other thing of him being found guilty by a jury of his peers.
yes, he was found guilty of something that wasn’t a crime in the first place.
Paying a lawyer out of your personal account for fees and expenses for personal business and labeling it correctly in your personal account ledger as “legal expenses” is not a “false business entry”. It’s not a business entry at all.

The jury thought differently.
because Merchan did not instruct the Jury that before he can be found guilty they first have to determine if the entry was false or even was a business entry to begin with. His instructions, like Braggs charges, just assumed he was guilty… of something.
To be found guilty of making a false business entry, the entry must first be a business entry, and it must be false. It was neither.
