It’s not personal, or psychological, captain.
I know. He saved lives. His single shot paused the rioters from fully breaching the barricade and preventing their access to the accepted House Chamber.
There would likely have been more lives lost if the rioters were in the chamber when the reinforcements arrived.
He held the blue line.

Your brilliant business partner:
But still has one.
The lady in the article has…?
The difference is Super Brilliant Partner has the means to absorb one. The other doesn’t. Did he start off with 600?
And Super Brilliant Partner can’t throw his one out anymore than the other one can.
The constant pretension is getting very boring. Your thesaurus doesn’t make you smarter than the woman getting screwed over by Woke policy.
I’d love to see the details of your “partnership”. It’s none of my business, so I’ll just imagine.
Biden kept the moratoriums. Who put them in place for 10 months prior to Biden?
doesnt matter who started them
what matters is that they are still going. for who knows what reason except idiocy
Interesting that you didn’t blame the guy who had the moratorium in place longer than Biden.
Interesting, carry on

Not every landlord is so wealthy that they can cover rent for over a year. If the government is going to make these kinds of mandates, then they should be protecting the landlords from losing their property.
It would seem, in usual fashion, they fail to understand or plan for outcomes that harm people.
The larger question is my property even mine?

The individual states are not distributing the money they have already gotten. Who’s fault is that?

Then, would you agree that the property has to be returned to the owner for failure to distribute the funds?

Our government overstepped their authority big time on this issue. They gave away money, that was not their’s to give. If our government declares this, then they cut the check to pay the bill…not the land owner.

Shouldn’t that landlord be covered by a PPP loan?
No, it belongs to the state, if you pay property taxes.

I don’t know. Should they? Why are they losing their properties?
Yes, they should. Assuming they put their rental property under an LLC.
They may be losing their properties because they are bad at business? Or it could be that the PPP money ran out for them… which could still mean they are bad at business.
