Prince Andrew has no diplomatic immunity and can be charged with crimes both in the UK or around the world.
The Queen as head of state is pretty much immune and the immediate Royals such as Prince Charles and his children.
But I think with the recent Child abuse scandals that started with Jimmy Saville the mood in the UK has changed. combine that with the how the Royals no longer have that untouchable quality they had in previous generations and I would not be so sure that Prince Andrew is off limits. However the evidence would have to be compelling.

I wouldn’t be so sure when it comes to Andrew. Already an embarassment, and we’re not far off Harry and William taking the reigns, I doubt they’d want to cover for him and I doubt even Johnson would see it as politically wise either.
