Anyone with good reading comprehension sees that in context, she was talking about poll numbers.

I do agree, Nancy and Mitch as old school with huge amounts of negativity need to go. With a new President moving into the White House, we (the GOP) need to tell Mitch his time is done and the DEMs should tell Nancy the same.

I’d like to see a new President, new Speaker, and new Majority Leader take the help and actually start healing some of the President Trump divide.

Why paraphrase when we can research exactly what she said?

Unless…of course…one has a Narrative to sell, and needs to paraphrase to make what actually was said sound more ominous.

I feel very confident that Joe Biden will be elected President on Tuesday, whatever the end count is, but on the election that occurs on Tuesday, he will be elected.

Not “no matter what the election numbers say”, but “whatever the end count is”.

A totally different phrase with a totally different meaning.

And of course, even if you want to somehow try and twist this (which you obviously couldn’t, since you used a paraphrase and not what she actually said), she then said this immediately afterwards to remove all doubt:
