We don’t. But not being played or taken advantage of is not a good thing. Remember this. The rest of the world needs us more than we need them. I think the panic over a trade war is over stated.

It seems like a terrible idea, especially if it’s unnecessary. You say we’ve been taken advantage of, and that’s certainly true in some ways, but I say we’re by far the richest and most prosperous country in the world, and we have plenty of advantages, fair and unfair. Why do you say “the panic over a trade is over stated”? Do you mean you don’t think a war will happen, or you don’t think it will harm us?
