Actually not a bad day I can shake my head at a court ruling but can live with. The real bad day for America is when the One Horse Dog Faced Pony Soldier got elected. The next bad day was inflation, the next bad day was today when we fill up our gas tanks, and so on and so on.

I understand that you believe that.
But the prosecution failed to prove that to the jury.
I would direct your attention to the other thread, where Ben has made a few hundred posts in the last few months about how Sussmann would be convicted, and it would be the first domino into a massive conspiracy prosecution that would send everyone to jail.
