You’re accusing me of being dense? You have no damned idea what you are talking about or what we’re even talking about.
What was Trump’s statement the OP took exception to?
Again, read the damned thread and cut out the pouty, juvenile nonsense.
One last time for the short bus crowd.
We know it was a Russian missile fired from a Russian launcher.
The Russians are supplying both the Russian Insurgents, and the pro Russian Separatists.
We also have uniformed Russians present.
What we don’t know and never may even be able to know is who gave the orders and who fired it or which faction or combination thereof they were a part of.
You know the number of countries flying f-16s? We design, build, deliver, and even maintain them. We do not release weapons from those platforms that belong to other countries. Get a ■■■■■■■ clue.
we also know that the Missile launcher was moved the day of the crash from a military base on the border shot down the aircraft then was moved back across the border.
clearly the Russian government has involvement in this, was it their intention to shoot down a passenger jet? doubtful but that is what happened.
we have evidence of the launcher being moved across the border by Russian military personal from the 53rd Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade into Ukraine and was moved back into Russia after the passenger Jet was shot down.
This is based on American and European military and civilian intelligence.
Duh. We know that. We all know that. The Russians know we know that. You don’t understand. Who launched the missile? That is a different question. You seem to have trouble understanding that.
See this? Its the report of a Russian aircraft shot down by an F16. F16s were designed and built by the US. The US delivered the F16s to Turkey. We assist the Turks in maintaining them.
But it was not an American who fired the shot. It was a Turk. Turkey shot down the aircraft.
Gosh, I guess you have a point: if a Russian missile launched from a Russian Army unit missile launcher stationed in on Ukraine territory launches a missile that shoots down a civilian aircraft, killing over 200 civilians, how can Putin be blamed for that, if we don’t have the name, rank, and tag number of the commander who authorized the firing?
I’m curious, what’s your further point? That Trump was advancing US national interest by calling into question Putin’s culpability in public, before an international audience? That Trump wasn’t doing what it looked like he was doing, namely trying to ingratiate himself with his Russian KGB handler, to whom he was standing adjacent, instead of standing up for the US interest in international order and law?
They are an extension of Russian FP in Ukraine, controlled, trained, and supplied by the Russians and directly supported by both Uniformed Russian Troops and Spetznaz insurgents.
