The wall is intended to benefit both nations:
“The benefit for both nations will be of great importance," Dominican President Luis Abinader said of the wall before officially beginning the construction efforts, Reuters reported.”

"The wall will be 3.9 meters high and will be complete with fiber optics, movement sensors, cameras, radars and drones. The wall will be made from 20-centimeter (7.8-inches) thick concrete and topped by a metal mesh.
The Dominican army said that there would be 70 watchtowers along the wall."

A what hole?
It is very impressive how a relatively poor nation like the DR can build a high tech solution to a problem. They aren’t just building a wall; they are building a sophisticated system to secure their border with Haiti.
Yet our country, who has the capability to literally put Tomahawk missiles through house doors from 900 miles away, can’t do it.
