I don’t see him not getting confirmed.
Short of Collins and Murkowski saying no, or two republicans being incapacitated in some way, I don’t see how he won’t be.

I say no and Trump has to put up another nominee.

The Dems will give him a going over, especially regarding his position on presidential immunity, but he will be confirmed with at least 10 Dem votes.

I like the poll on this new site. If they’d fix the durn edit function, this board would be great.

Y’all don’t like my poll?

As long as there are enough Republicans to put him over, he will also get some Dem votes where it might help them politically.

Yes, Kavanaugh will get confirmed. He will likely get confirmed before November.
Yes he gets confirmed, but I can’t say when so I didn’t vote.
Oh, just for the sake of participating, I’ll say he gets nominated before Nov 1. There - PARTICIPATION

I voted yes…but not 100 percent.
70/30 is the odds of confirmation before Nov.
If Trump went with Kethledge…he would have been a show in. Not because he isn’t a hard right he is…but he’s also very libertarian.
He IMO would have been interesting judge.

I don’t think the first would have been a shoe in no matter who it was. They want revenge for Garland. And kabuki.
I don’t see how he doesn’t. But the $200K in debt on “baseball tickets” and then it suddenly gets paid back in a year on a salary of $220K is going to be interesting, amongst other things.
Buying $35K worth of plane tickets for his frat bros so they could all go to a dog meat festival in Korea seems pretty weird.
Since the precedent has been established, are we going to be reading all his emails when he was hot on the Vince Foster murder?
That was my last choice of the 4.
he’ll be confirmed before 11-1 and he’ll abolish row by 11-2

No it’s not. Dems crossed on Goresuch.
