If we talked about every random idea to be proposed as law by some random extremist politician, we wouldn’t have time to talk about much else,

How about the law making it illegal to have an abortion even in the case of rape or incest? Its the law in a number of states…today.

I suspect elections will fix those.

I think it will get weirder with Red States trying to pass laws to criminalize Blue State help for Red state women getting abortions, financial and criminal penalties for companies who “abet” abortion, I mean murder.

No one wants to end up being a squishy weak RINO.

I think it will get weirder with Red States trying to pass laws to criminalize Blue State help for Red state women getting abortions, financial and criminal penalties for companies who “abet” abortion, I mean murder.

Maybe one or two states will put up with that level of restriction, the rest will be voted out. Not sure any state will put up with total bans for any length of time.

Sure, kind of goes along with deeming it murder doesn’t it? Has any state declared it murder? Any way, if it is deemed criminal by statute, why wouldn’t aiding and abetting be warranted? you can catch that for aiding in the theft of a tv.

Haven’t peeped the details yet, it’s not that urgent for me, not likely to be in need of an abortion any time soon. How are they wording their restrictions? Murder? Criminal? Unlawful? Any talk of prosecuting the woman or just doctors? Is it just doctor licensing? On vacation, haven’t read the laws yet.

In Ohio I would be good with 15 weeks, three more than France. Going to France and Spain in the spring, can’t wait. I have vowed to get a hamon backpack and bike around with my buddy, hamon.

If that help crosses into that state, they can’t do anything until the “help” enters their jurisdiction, at that point, they can and that includes financials. Pretty sure they could also ban advertising it. No California abortionland ads in their state.

Well thats not where this is going. Completely illegal is what is happening and where its going in a number of other states.
