No, sorry, not on the federal level, their is no constitutional grounds for the federal government to regulate abortion in states.

The Court has said there is no constitiutional case for their intervention whatsoever…because…abortion is not in the Constitution.

On what constitutional ground would a national law be found unconstitutional?

The constitution enumerates the powers of our federal government. They were not given an enumerated power to enter into states to regulate abortions.

They regulate murder….

The only constitutional jurisdiction they have over murder is if the murderer crosses state lines.

There ya go. Now what happens when a Woman crosses state lines to get an abortion. This isn’t hard.

The right to abortion has been struck down. This reverted to the states because of that not because the federal government can’t regulate it.

If abortion is nowhere to be found in the constitution from where did the fed receive the enumerated power to regulate abortion?

General welfare clause.

Murder isn’t in the constitution either.

Sorry, the general welfare clause grants the federal government no additional un enumerated powers.

Strange feeling to see the Left now worried about Federal Government overreach.

That’s a gratuitous assertion. The USSC ruling simply takes abortion out of the federal concern. The state legislatures can decide as they please about the subject. The leftist rhetoric, violence, destruction of property and all the rest of their outrage is progressive theater. As usual, they’re misguided morons and used as pawns by their political agenda driven hacks.
This should be entertaining, Roe v Wade will be this summer’s Geo Floyd battle cry.
