Why say something so disingenuous and utterly false?

You know the CDC was working on a Test in December, correct?

You know, they finished it and went into production 48hrs after receiving the complete genome, Right?

You know the CDC and WHO concurrently developed and fielded their tests, right?

Did you miss the travel restrictions and quarantines that went out a full month plus before there was even a warning from WHO that this disease might be of international concern?

Straight answers please and then we’ll go on.

you mean when he was ordering 10K ventilators and setting up the task force? yes, we shouldn’t forget those early actions attesting to how serious he was about it.

To call Trump’s early response underwhelming would be to give that response far more credit than is deserved or warranted.

“Monkeys Flinging Poo at the Zoo”.

The way Democrats were using the virus for their political gain was the “hoax” Trump spoke of. Why do you rebleet what you’ve been fed? Examine it for yourself and take a look at how the word was used and stop being used.

The irony of TDS should be funny right now…but it’s not. China is responsible for this entire mess, world wide…period.

“Monkeys Flinging Poo at The Zoo”.

That’s really the only substance to any of their arguments since they first took notice of the outbreak more than a month after some of us had been noting it could quickly become a serious pandemic with global repercussions.

yeah cuz who needs ventilators or a team of experts working on it.

Just “Monkeys Flinging Poo at The Zoo”.

How does 10,000 ventilators stack up with the actual number of ventilators required?

make up your minds, do you want him listening to experts or just acting any way he thinks he should? Because when he ordered those and formed the task force the experts at WHO were still saying the virus did not spread human to human.

What was your Australian government doing in DEC and early JAN?

You are barking up the wrong tree if you think that I am a supporter of the current Australian Federal government. I will make the observation that Australia had significant bushfires crises in most states and territories during that period.

With respect to the coronavirus in my state there are 460 cases and 4 deaths and Australia wide we have 5,797 cases and 40 deaths. Of those 40 deaths around a dozen have been associated with passengers on cruise liners.

and we had a significant crisis of our own we were dealing with, your point is what, exactly? Trump made these decisions when experts were telling him the risk was low.

So yes you are blinded by your worship of trump.

A lot better than 1.

You of course completely dodged the question as usual… . What a surprise.

It is very unfortunate that you appear to not have understood my post.

But in the spirit of Holy Week let me point out to you that the Australian PM has formed a national cabinet including the states’ premiers and chief ministers to provide a coordinated national approach. It is unfortunate that Morrison has not included Albo in that cabinet but with Labor Governments in WA, Qld, Vic, ACT and NT and Liberal/National Party Governments in SA, Tassie and NSW we have a coordinated approach for the common good.

When one compares and contrasts my country’s approach to the fiasco that is Trump’s approach in the USA where he has clearly and unambiguously stated that if a state governor doesn’t stroke his ego and offer fealty then that state will be disadvantaged. Trump’s comments about instructing Pence not to call the governors of Washington and Michigan are two examples of that. Trump’s approach where states are forced to bid against each other and the USA federal government for PPE, ventilators, etc. that has forced the states to pay inflated prices as a consequence of those bidding wars.

Your guys were calling him all sorts of names when he did the early travel ban. Especially Biden.

Trump is trying to get things straightened out. All the left is doing is throwing poo.

Trump’s travel “ban” wasn’t an outright ban.

As much of one as he could legally do.
