Do So Many Democrat Politicians Truely Believe In God?

The question to ask is, “Why is this so? Why is President Trump able to make and keep campaign promises?”

The answer, unfortunately, is that President Trump is not beholden to anyone but the voters. Every other politician has to run the gauntlet of lobbyists–and what the lobbyist want often is diametrically opposed to what the voters want.

Second, what do most politicians want? Do they want to serve or do they want power? It appears that many want power.

Third, what are newly elected politicians bound by–their constituents that elected them–or their fellow democrats in power? While it should be the first, it is obviously the second. We see this quite clearly with the Pelosi House. She strangles her fellow Democrats–and the ones she cannot aren’t necessarily the ones other elected officials wish to follow anyway.

I stopped voting cross party lines decades ago with the advent of Pelosi because I quickly realized a vote for any Democrat was a vote for how Pelosi wants to run government.

My solutions: Abolish lobbying. It is meant to be one person, one vote, not one person one vote except when a coalition can muscle things the way they want despite the vote. Term limits. And, if there is a way where money does not play such a large part in getting someone elected, I would like to try that as well. Unfortunately, I don’t see a path on how to make this possible.

Finally, anyone running for office should first have to pass an extensive test on the Constitution and before running swear an oath that they will uphold the Constitution.

I take issue with the question.

Someone’s faith is not (or should not be) a political issue.

I would instead write that question: "If so many Democrat Politicians truly believe in Jesus Christ(like they want Americans to believe), then why are they the Party that supports so many counter-Christian issues?

And it’s not just a matter of “support”, but they actually advocate for those issues, and run their campaigns on those issues, and elevate/promote those issues.

Some people still live in a demon-haunted world.

Then what is happening?

Did believers, or non-believers persecute Jesus Christ on the cross?

I believe at the end of days, it will be the same way ultimately.
It will only take a matter of time, for the non believers to gain more power, and more strength, and it takes someone as powerful as a Political party(DEmocrat Politicians) to back them, to be able to persecute the believers.

Huh?.

Very Well Said!!!

I definitely agree with term limits, but with all of the corruption, that would never probably happen. They have the power, and they’re not going to give it up, and they will do anything necessary to keep it!

It would be nice if both sides had to pass a test on the Constitution. Unfortunately, both sides are professional liars, and trusting that most of them would actually uphold to an Oath of the Constitution, would be like believing in the Tooth Fairy. Especially, the Democrat Politicians.

If the Conservatives and Republicans have any hope left in Politics, it’s now or never. Many, because Trump is a complete game changer, and there will never be anyone like him in Politics again. Unfortunately, even though he is a games changer, the odds are him and a 2 handful of Conservatives or less vs. the Republican Swamp(people like Mittens, and the traitor from Arizona), and the whole Democrat Party.

With that said, he can slow them down, or even temporarily stop their evilness, but he can’t stop it forever. It will start back up, it’s simply a matter of time.

The fact that he’s able to do as much as he is against these people, is shockingly amazing within itself Politically!!! It’s an honor, and a pleasure to watch as well.

Religion has been reduced to superficial levels, show up Sunday, give a little cash, and only subscribe to views that fit with your politics.

Jesus would be appalled at 90% of people who call themselves Christians.

Do bigger cities around America have more people living in them, then people do in the country? Are bigger cities more materialistic, than most other places in America? and finally, What Political Party controls, most bigger cities such as Chicago?

Yes, Religion has been reduced to superficial levels in a lot of cases, and you can thank the Democrat Party for that.

And that is why thousands of years ago, even before the time of Christ, good people concluded there was only one solution: The Day of the Lord.

Prophets of that day and age reached the same conclusion…that goodness in the ruling class does not endure and therefore the only solution is for God, Himself, to come down and rule here on earth. That is the only way for goodness to prevail on earth.

It is interesting that seemingly Jesus did not mention this concept that was so popular even in his own time. In the Book of Revelation John seems to dwell on it, but Jesus did not appear to be an End Times follower.

Instead, he seemed to encourage his followers to dismiss worldly leaders and politics and focus on our own, personal lives. His focus was as narrow (and as sharp) as a laser beam. What place did God hold in our individual life? How did we treat our neighbor? He seemed to believe that if each individual made these the priorities, then like yeast leavening dough, we individuals might leaven the world. We each have such a very tiny place in the world. How are we at maintaining our small portion?

Materialistic?

Laughs in Joel Osteen

I see little difference in what is viewed as Christianity across regions.

Rather, I think we would find Jesus very compassionate, that even now he is thinking, “They are like sheep without a shepherd.”

Whom do sheep without a shepherd follow? Could it be they are following those who show their disdain for Christ’s teachings and they, too, no longer gather in his name, but look to politicians for answers on how to overcome the hardships life brings? How are we all doing with that?

Yes, but unfortunately until Jesus comes back, the Devil shall rule the Earth.

Yes and no. If a few handful of us in this world were meant to stand out, and have a bigger part/portion, and that is Gods plan for those select people then it was meant to be.

Once again, yes and no to a degree. God wants believers in him to spread his word to others, so that others might now of his Grace. So maybe they might be saved as well. “Treat others the way that you want to be treated.”

We should focus on ourselves, but also be loving and compassionate to others. Keep our families from harm, Love our family. We can dismiss certain worldly leaders, and certain politics to some degree, but to what degree is the question? Because they’re the ones with power on this earth, so they make the rules, and the laws which will effect our daily lives.

The Blind(Democrat Politicians and the Liberal Media(ABC,CBS,NBC), will lead the Blind(Democrat Voters let themselves easily be brainwashed), and that is how the Devil prevails on Earth, until God comes back. Over time, it will consume more and more people, until there will hardly be anyone or anything not consumed by the Devil and his Political Socialist Party, and their agenda, and the morality of most Americans in general. .

Is that you Jesus?

All this talk about the Devil is so medieval.

Even though I don’t agree with the persecution of a person for their religious beliefs, such as witches back then. Witches, and devil Worshipers never have to worry about anything ever again, when they have the Democrat Politicians that will suck up to them, to get their vote.

Vote Democrat Politicians! Support Devil Worshippers!

Being a republican will not stop the Devil from inhabiting your soul or the demons from tormenting your dreams or keep sin from smothering your life into smoking ash.

Talk about the Devil seems so puerile in today’s civilization.
