Trump continued the cleanup started by Obama. I appreciate that. But Trump could only do it because of the hard work put into it before he got there. Trump doesn’t like hard work. As evidenced by throwing up his hands and abandoning SDF to the Turks. But under Obama the Iraqi security forces were completely rebuilt. Half of Mosul already taken back. SDF five miles outside of Raqqa. Handed the ball off to Trump on the five yard line.

Now that’s comedy. Things were getting worse when Obama left. And gosh a guy who does 5 rallies a day at the end of a campaign cycle is lazy. Perfect example of denying reality.

The fact that you think things were getting worse when Obama left shows that you don’t actually know anything about what was going on in the anti-ISIL campaign. You are completely ignorant on the subject. ISIL was falling back on every single front. That is a fact. Trump continued backing the forces on the ground and finished what was already started.

Well how about some facts then? Was East Mosul already taken back when Obama left? Yes. Was SDF created and five miles outside of Raqqa? Yes. Had the Iraqi army been much better trained? Yes. Was ISIL falling back along the Euphrates in Iraq? Yes. Had they been kicked out of Fallujah? Yes. Had ISIL been heavily defeated in Hasakah, Kobani, Manbij and dozens of other places in Syria? Yes. The list can go on for quite some time. ISIL was falling back on every single front when Obama left and Trump came in. Those are just facts. Don’t need an expert to get those.
