What does that ambiguous passage have to do with my question?
That’s because in world of modern liberalism it’s not about actual outcomes but rather having the sheeple feel good about a government program.

6 “Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.
It’s a good lesson. It’s not ambiguous.

So in this job market does it make sense for a black couple to give their child a name that will make it more difficult for their child to gain employment in the future?
It’s a circular cycle. And someone has to break it. I don’t expect it to be broken by those who do the hiring. They don’t look past the name that makes them uncomfortable.
But we don’t have to placate their insecurity.
What’s wrong with Americanized-English names? We are Americans. White Americans don’t have a lock down on those names.
I think giving them a name with those associations is a bad idea at this point in time. I agree with you completely. I first became aware of such names watching NFL football, many of them sound either made up or made up spellings of more “traditional” names.
They have a culture of their own quite different from the perceived culture of the applicants. I’m not even saying it’s a 100 percent bad idea to move on to the next application, though it is most certainly a strong bias against a part of black culture. They sound like street names and I get it.

Back to (former) Vice President Joe Biden‘s latest quote is both pathetic & hurtful. His challenging millions on Black Americans regarding their blackness is outright condescending. Joe Biden actually told Black Americans they ‘AIN’T BLACK’ if they support President Donald J. Trump!
Lets look at REAL history. The GOP and Republican movement was started to oppose slavery.
Damn, this thread has libs bible thumping and everything.

Oh, Biden said that about a day ago.
Lets look at REAL history. The GOP and Republican movement was started to oppose slavery.
He said this a day ago.
How do you know that black people are the most oppressed race in this nations history and that they are at the bottom of the list. Seems to me that my people are farther down the list than you.
Name me how many native American people are congressmen? Has a native American ever been elected president?
Tell me how good my people have had it in the past.
Because we didn’t enslave the natives, just tried to exterminate them.
