What if the crime they committed would be considered a felony but that the individual concluded to not be mentally competent enough to face the charges and stand trial? Regarding Trump, they took misdemeanors that were past the statute of limitations, converted them to felonies due to our government using the judicial system as their weapon. Now seriously…think about that @margaretms2.

unless you consider writing “legal expenses” in your personal ledger to not be an accurate description of money you pay a lawyer to cover his fees and expenses for taking care of a personal issue and obtaining a legal instrument a “false business entry” to begin with, there wasn’t even a misdemeanor.

Forget all the BS being bandied about and let’s just focus on three of Harris’ positions.
- Harris has claimed she will “address inflation on day one”. Why not now this is day 1,001 plus!
- Harris wants to control prices in the food industry to control food prices. Didn’t Hugo Chavez do the same thing in Venezuela? How did that work out? Nixon tried to control food prices in the ‘70’s. Farmers stopped shipping beef and corn.
- Harris wants to offer $25k to home buyers and billions in construction for new homes to ease a housing shortage. If I were selling my home thanks for the $25k increase in the selling price!
Harris wants to finance these giveaways by taxing “big business”? What do you think will happen?
Harris was part of the Democrats rabid spending driving up inflation contributing to skyrocketing costs for essentials. So far all I hear is more of the same and worse. Count me out.

If she had been recently been convicted by a jury, as Trump was, she wouldn’t be the Democratic nominee. It’s not symmetrical: you’re voting for a felon because you choose to do so. But it’s odd to assume I’m just a Democratic version of you.

Roughly 100,000 far-left, Israel-hating protesters will be descending on Chicago this week, sowing chaos as Democratic leaders rally around their new presidential ticket.
Versus:
There was very little protest activity during the GOP’s four-day nominating convention in the crucial battleground state of Wisconsin.
I find it interesting that the protestors are much more comfortable wreaking havoc at the DNC Convention than at the RNC Convention. I wonder why that is?
