Aside from everything else, in your opinions, was Trump and his hard corps followers radicals?

Trump was/is an idiot. His supporters who felt it appropriate to storm the Capitol in an attempt to alter the results of an election were radicals.

So the supporters were radicals. Aside from being an idiot, was Trump a radical?

I think that depends on perspective. If people perceive that Trump made the conscious decision to overturn an election by claiming election fraud and pushing his base to insurrection then yes, he is a radical.

If you perceive Trump as a feckless egomaniac who will do anything to maintain power and cannot comprehend the consequences of his actions then he is not a radical, he’s just an idiot.

Being an idiot does not excuse you from your actions, however.
