Neither the laptop nor the email contents were disinformation

How do you know this?

It came right before the election. They said the public needed to know how it was likely Russian disinformation. They said something that they had no evidence for, that was not true, for the purpose of affecting the election. That is disinformation.

You didn’t answer the question. How do you know that the emails were not disinformation?

The Director of National Intelligence said they did not consider the contents to be Russian disinformation.
There was no evidence that it was.
Their letter is like someone claiming UFOs have a home base on the back side of the moon. Without evidence, it is fair to call that disinformation.
