Bingo. Cops (when they do), show up and write reports. Unlike TV drama, the likelihood of cops happening upon a crime in progress is at best slim and none. Traffic stops don’t count.

One maybe good thing that came out of it was that so many kids lives were ruined for having a little pot on them that the loosening of pot laws started to happen in NYC.

Where did you say that? You will have to link to some law limiting velocity of paint all guns. Ranges limit the velocity. The casing on the ball limits the velocity also.
