Everybody knows this how Trump talks, and believes Bunch of losers and suckers who died for no money. He’s been told he has to make certain mouth noises to feign patriotism and that’s enough for the True Believers to and reject anything that would shatter that belief.

They’re certainly well trained for it after 50+ years of rejecting reality that runs counter to what they want to be true, or what used to be runs counter to conservatism.
