Well the E. coli in beef comes from cow poop being spattered onto the meat when a cow is sloppily butchered.

At least with lab grown beef, cow poop and thus E. coli won’t be an issue.

That’s true Lucy, but if bacteria does accidentally get introduced somehow wouldn’t you be growing into final product?

Don’t know how it works, but I do see possible big problem with infected products.
