I think you should ask yourself why you think gays “recruit”.

Well for one thing, they can’t reproduce. Good thing we’re all not “normal” like them or we’d go extinct as a species in a short period of time. Kind of a stupid thing for evolution to do don’t you think? Spend billions of years to evolve us into a species capable of reproducing ourselves and then continue the evolution process by making the reproductive act repugnant to us. Good science and common sense huh?

The other thing is nobody likes feeling alone, especially if they’re engaging in activities that would normally cause people to shun them, so rather than admit their deviant behavior and seeking help for it, it’s easier to get others to join in. Emotions can be manipulated, especially in young impressionable minds. It’s no wonder the number of homos and other perverts has increased. The more deviance that is accepted by one generation will be multiplied by the next and so on…

Of course they recruit…

Scenario #1
Mary Jones is a teacher in a 1st grade class and uses a story book where there is a man and woman depicted as husband and wife (terms used in the book).

Scenario #2
Jane Smith a teacher in a 1st grade class and uses a story book where there is a man and man (or woman and woman) depicted as husbands and wives (terms used in the book).

Is depicting marital status considered “instruction on sexual orientation”? If so, could action be taken against Mary for depicting sexual orientation? If so, could action be taken against Jane for depicting sexual orientation?

Great questions to flesh out the two potential outcomes of a vague bill.

Judging by the conservative response in this thread. Scenario 1 would be allowed and scenario 2 would warrant a lawsuit.

Even though plain reading of the bill would say neither should be allowed.

It’s a dumb metaphor: you could just as easily cite the Civil Rights Movement, the Port Huron Statement, the Vietnam War, and countless other factors that shaped the New Left. Also, he was unique among the Frankfurt School elders: Adorno and Horkheimer, for example, had no use for the New Left. Adorno literally called the police on protesters.

Is this a criminal statute, because you should know exactly what is prohibited before being charged with a felony or misdemeanor?
Doesn’t seem to be.
You have a long way to go before this is overturned for vagueness. Many laws are much more vague than this one. Do laws on slander describe every sentence that may be slanderous?
If there are areas that you find vague, I’m sure regulations or court cases will clear it up for you, just as is the norm.
