Like for those that not only believe that being LGBTQ is a sin before God but also believe they are called by God to evangelize the world and make sure people who are converted have this same belief that being LGBTQ is a sin?

Read the law. It does not prohibit teachers from discussing sexual activities or “sexuality.” Rather, it prohibits discussions of sexual orientation and gender identity.

So what part of “discussions of sexual orientation and gender identity” do you think are appropriate for teachers to teach to k-3 kids?

I personally dont think there should have to be a law on this. It is so basic that everyone should understand it. But evidently some teachers think those discussions are appropriate. Evidently, you do too. That is why this law was created. It isnt appropriate.

Question: suppose a child does ask about “two daddies” or whatever. Under this law, how should the teacher respond?

Illegal isn’t the right word. It is not in the curriculum until grade 6.

It’s not even mandated to be taught in Florida. What is required to be taught in grades 6-12 “benefits of sexual abstinence”.
