Parents could always review curricula, talk to teachers, and attend PTA meetings. Kids bring books home from the library, they do homework, they talk about school. Parents who were unaware of what their kids were doing and reading before COVID were bad parents.

This is correct. I knew all of that before Covid and know all of that after Covid.

However I was always involved in my kid’s education. We also have PowerSchool and ClassDojo where all teacher update what the lesson plans are and the homework associated.

You could also go to the school and ask for the teachers lesson plans.

All of this at a public school.
