Im not talking about a specific case - I’m talking about the structure of DeSantis’ law, which intentionally built in the threat of private action to cow schools and school boards.

Its no different that Abbott’s abortion law.

Maybe “Don’t Say Gay” is unfair.

You can say Gay, but if you do you might get sued by some busybody Karen or Chad who is shocked that precious snowflake gets a whiff that there are different kinds of people out there.

You just can’t seem to fathom that talking about/indoctrinating the children of others about the gay lifestyle or sexual orientation is inappropriate in school.

It is up to the children’s parents as to how much their children need to know about such things.

All the teachers have to do is stick to teaching to avoid any problems.

Do that and everything is hunky dory.
