Here are examples Florida provided. Apparently they don’t want math and someone’s idea of social awareness mixed.
As for as your example, did that come from NYTs? Couldn’t get into that website without giving my email for them to use as spam, so no.

Has Florida verified that this one page caused an otherwise acceptable math book to be rejected? Or is that just someone’s guess?
If it is, for some reason I can’t see, this one page, then all the manufacturer of the book would have to do is remove that page and it would be accepted. Shouldn’t be a big deal.

Nah just white. That way it won’t be woke or CRT anymore.

Just make everything white

Better yet, just ignore race and look at content of character.:+1:t4:

Race is a social construct anyway.

It’s a movement!

Is race the single most important trait a person has?

Sexual preference?

There is no need to cover any of this gender stuff in elementary school. In fact, if the issue were to arise over any differences, it’s just covered under I do me and you do you.

Might want to glance at the suicide rate.

That’s not gayness killing you. It’s societal response to your gayness causing you pain.

Florida’s Department of Health put out a memo that says that any transitioning for trans kids should not be done. This is includes social transition… i.e. use of pronouns and name change.

Go Small Government.

But no one wants to marginalize LGBTQ. They just don’t want it in their face.

Oh and yay “parents’ rights” conservatives!

Departments of health should not make health recommendations?

Myth.

Keep trans kids from getting treatment and when they reach 18 and start seeking treatment make sure that they are out of public view when they do.

Motte Myth.

You’re quite the inventor.

Puberty blockers are not treatment.

Speaking of being “out of the public eye”, oh look it’s not just about “protecting our kids”.

Because banning things has always worked out well for the countries that have done that.

The results of the moral nanny state.
