Desantis is a threat because if another pandemic came during a Desantis Presidency (heaven forbid), he’d bungle it worse than Trump. And that failure would be compounded by the fact that he now has real life experience, whereas Trump did not.

You really are naive as to what Desantis was fighting for. The government does not have the right to force you to do anything and if it starts with a mandatory vaccination, where does it end? Desantis didn’t want Pandora’s box opened…and I concur…even though I chose to be vaccinated.

I actually agree with you here. If a gay fellow was offered a free shot (or two, taken 3 weeks apart) that had minimal side effects and a 95% protective effect against HIV, with a 100% protection against death and hospitalization, and refused it, I would say “No medical help for you”.

BTW…the vaccinations that came about before the end of 2020 NEVER would have happened had Trump not been the POTUS…or at least that’s what Democrats all said.

I have always made sure to give Trump credit for Warp Speed. However, I am not going to pretend that Trump was the only president who could have done it.

In addition, I feel that Trump bungled the rest of his response to the pandemic, so my praise for him is tepid at best.
