A summary execution is an execution in which a person is accused of a crime and immediately killed without benefit of a full and fair trial.

He wasn’t calling upon judges, jurors or law makers. He is asking for police officers to enforce the word of god and prescribe death to anyone who is LGBTQ. No where did he ever mention a trial.

when he called on police to enforce a Bible passage from Leviticus that prescribes death as punishment for being a member of the LGBTQ community.

Fritts went on to say, “All the pride parades, man, hey call the riot teams, we got a bunch of 'em, get the patty wagon out here, we got a bunch of 'em going to jail, we got a bunch of them we’re gonna get convicted because they’ve got their pride junk on and they’re professing what they are, they’re a filthy animal.”

“After this onslaught, where the government’s arresting them and carrying out God’s laws and they’re all dead…you think.”

OK, explain to me why you feel the death penalty for any crime at all is immoral? If it is not, then explain why the death penalty for this particular behaviour, if it became legally designated a capital crime, would be immoral?

Depends on the state servant. They should be investigated by their higher authority to see if their work reflects any bias against another individual that conflicts with the law.

There is no excuse whatsoever for any public official, elected, appointed, or otherwise to say anything even nearing this, bottom line, bar none.
