The problem is the narrative is now the US provides condoms for terrorists and its echoed by Trump supporters all over social media.
They aren’t too poor to buy their own damn condoms.

But like I said I love the irony that the worlds richest man has helped to demonize an agency set up to help some of the worlds poorest people.
I have no issue with abolishing USAID to save money but no need to try and make out that its a hotbed of corruption and anti American activity with all its employees being far left radicals.

I think he may be talking locality pay. Say your federal job is in DC and it had allowed full time telework so you moved to southwestern Virginia. Then you would getting paid off the DC pay scale when you should not be.
Except that’s not how it works, at all. Locality pay is based on your workplace location regardless of where you live.
