This is a direct result of vitriol, dehumanization and hatred, plenty of which I see from BOTH sides right here on these forums. People act like stupid cons or stupid libs are not really people but just those dumbasses on the other side or something, it’s ridiculous, not to mention dangerous to society. People accuse the other side of divisiveness while in another thread calling them eighteen different names, ■■■? 3/4 of y’all contribute to the exact same attitude that brought this shooting about. I’ve done it too but I’ve gotten a HELLUVA lot better about it. It matters.

Yup, I know who did what. The “plaintiff” made some pretty serious threats against the defendants mother and children, according to the shooter. If this makes some of those dumbasses think twice about making internet keyboard commando threats in the future, there will indeed be a silver lining.
