After ron johnson wasted hours making teh clerk read teh stimulus bill outlod,taking hours the GOP left the floor.so the dems passed a mothion cutting debate time from 20 hours to 3 to speed things up.
After the stimulus passed the GOP left the floor again. So Schumer used what has now a 2/3 majority present on teh floor to invoke cloture on garland nomination as well as 2 others. cloture was invoked cutting off debate.
so much for GOP stalling.
